I had a great time at Big K Angkor Residence. The location was super convenient, just a short walk to the bustling Pub Street and night market. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. There were a few hiccups with the room initially, but they sorted it out quickly, which I appreciated.

The staff were always smiling and super helpful. I was especially impressed by Mr. Khong Pon Loeu, who helped me with check-in and gave me great tips about local attractions. Even when I had an early morning run, they prepped my breakfast, which was an amazing touch.
